Never stick to appointment times, rush everything, cheap products and very rude. The only nice one is Danielle who is always lovely and her treatments are great.
Visited here twice as my nail tech was away, never again!!The whole process only took 20 minutes, what a rush and you could tell, the acrylic was uneven which reflected in the gel polish and my nail lengths were not equal.When I explained my usual nail tech I go to else where spends over an hour as she is a perfectionist they laughed, She charges the same price but my nails are stunning, people always comment how lovely and perfect they look! My experience when I visited here was terrible, people commented how my nails looked rushed! Two other people I know also visited and had a worse experience where they had to have a full set redone for free!!Seems to be all about getting people in and out as quick as they can to get more money, maybe take more time creating a perfect set and your clients would return!!!NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
I got my first set of acrylic nails done here today and I love them all though on the plastic testing nails the colour was slightly different to what it came out to be . It didn't take long at all to fit me in, no need for booking either . Really recommend but be careful when choosing your colours !
Staff are always rushing dont seem to care about the out come as long as you pay and leave queens nails however is much better the lady who works there is very good!
Convenient place to go to - ususally open on Bank Holidays. The service feels very rushed and the quality of your nails can be a bit hit or miss - they don't always look like they've been finished properly. One man who did my nails was quite rude and had a bad attitude - you'd think he was paying me 30! They no longer accept card payment, so it's cash only. And you don't get a reciept...
