Absolutely appalling. Have just arrived for my appointment (Sunday) to be told that it has been moved to Tuesday by the computer, due to lack of space. Have driven half an hour to get here and apart from an attempt at an apology by the receptionist, no effort was made to facilitate my original appointment. Steer well clear.

One of the three Peterborough based salons owned and managed by Kai Wan. Really friendly and helpful team of people and a top end salon. I have a couple of friends who have been seeing Kai for years as he has a very good reputation. It's usually busy so booking is recommended especially if you want Kai to do your hair!
I had a fantastic experience having my hair coloured yesterday at Pkai Hampton. My stylist Laura, was there to greet me on my arrival and from the moment I arrived until the moment I left I felt relaxed and at ease which is what I love when having some me time. Laura was so lovely, waited on me hand and foot and listened to all of my requests and she achieved exactly what I wanted. My hair looks, feels and smells amazing! I would recommend Pkai, Laura is a real attribute to the company; proffesional, friendly and really knows her stuff. What a fantastic stylist! Thankyou so much!
Amazing service really look after you, the stylists are very well trained and polite always do a great job. I've recently had an appointment with a chap I've not used before was a little apprehensive at first but I couldn't praise him more without doubt the best stylist I have had doing my cut and I've used a fair few different ones over the last few years. Stephan is his name he's worth every penny really polite and friendly so easy to feel comfortable around had me so relaxed during the process and I normally get very anxious getting a hair cut but this guy was superb, highly recommend..
