Always have my hair done here and always very happy
Regular customer and usually no issues but today disgusted by the service. There is an appointment system for a reason 5-10 mins late I can forgive but to forget a customer for half an hour is unforgiveable. Life is busy enough and the one thing you do for yourself gets messed up. Won't be returning I don't have time to be forgotten about for a service being paid for.Edit... After this experience Michelle, Sarah and the team made every effort to rectify this situation and have had impeccable service ever since and have since been returning to have my hair done. They have restored my faith and always make me feel welcome. Thanks for the quick replies and helping sort this situation out xx

visited again yesterday and Sarah b done my hair . She is a fantastic hairdresser and very knowledgeable . Everyone makes you feel welcome and are all really friendly !
