The bar had ran out of ice and Carling, there was dirty glasses and food stuff all over the place and the tables where sticky and wet and not cleaned. This is despite having ample staff. The bowling for some reason cut out before we had finished the game. All in all a poor service start to finish. Shame as it has been better on previous occasions
I had a lot of fun but the bowling balls weren't overly varied. Also the toilets left a lot to be desired. I was there with an office party and the women ended up using the men's based on its terrible condition.
Brilliant atmosphere - really lovely eating area now. The only downside was the service was a bit slow but there was not a lot of staff on. The staff were really lovely and friendly, a very good experience
Very enjoyable but over the course of just two games it didn't register the knocking down of one pin, gave someone an extra shot and some time after took away one shot from another player. These are minor things though if you're just with family have a fun day out which we were. I did like that they take your drinks orders and bring them to your lanes where you can also pay straight away, does make life easier. Not sure about all the arcade machines but I assume it's the big money spinner for the bowling alley.
A lovely day out with the kids.The place is very child friendly although it took a while for us to get playing due to all the form filling as we were new to the venue. They provided a very friendly server who was always on hand and asked us for a drink to which was brought to us. The arcades were all in working order and the kids absolutely loved it. Will return.
