I would have given 0 stars, but it did not allow. I was initially given a lower quote on the phone and the lady at the centre tried to charge me more after the service. She tried to use the excuse that it was VAT, however the price shown before VAT was higher than the quote. My problem wasn't about paying the money, it's that the lady at the front desk clearly had no idea what she is doing and the whole thing felt dishonest. The previous lady let me know upfront with costs and had less of an attitude. With any luck the previous lady is just on holiday. They don't have a price plan online, it's possible they make it up on the day. Either way the service was absolutely appalling and me and family members will now be using a more reputable company.
