Quite disappointed. They only had 3 people working (one washing, one finishing and one hoovering) so it was very slow to get through and took over 45 minutes in the end for an exterior wash. Employees seemed overworked due to this and many spots where missed and the same sponge was used to clean brake dust of wheels and then immediately used on paintwork without even rinsing. Sponges were also left on a bare wall and then used on cars which also isnt good for paintwork. At the end they just wiped windows down with a chamois - no window cleaner was used at all.
