When you go to John Lewis you expect high quality service and in the Peterborough branch that is what you get. I arrived with my girlfriend's sandals that she had ordered however they did not fit, the staff were very helpful helping us choose different sizes and styles and eventually as there was nothing she liked refunded the shoes fully no questions asked.
