Will not answer phone. Called for 4 hours 2 times.
Absolutely terrible customer service. When you call the number you are forced to listen to a nearly 3 minute long recorded message where someone slowly explains lots of useless information, then the phone proceeds to ring with no answer. I've tried calling 5 times over several days, and no-one has yet even answered the phone despite my letting it ring for 5 minutes at a time. Absolute waste of time, shockingly bad service.
I found that the call center for Cambs. Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk very polite and helpful
Really lovely lady on the phone who was extremely polite and helpful, provided me with all the information requested and was forthcoming with additional information which was very helpful. I didn't stay on hold too long either when calling.
Shocking service, poeple on the phone rude and not helpfull! Good luck to me and evrybody else trying to get information!!
