This is the worst GP that of my whole life that Ive ever been registered in UK. They have been really unprofessional and this respectful towards me The doctors have no knowledge whatsoever and do not care about their patients, all they do is send you to hospital and thats the way to get rid of you.
Impossible to get an appointment!!!!! After calling 200+ times still busy, and after that it's fully booked. By who if everyone has the same problem getting through the line?
They have good doctor but nearly impossible get trough the phone for book appointments.
I agree with the others this doesnt even derserve a star i called them at 8 to make appointment told me to call back at 8:30 i called them at 8:30 and it said its busy so i called them back five me minutes later its was still busy. I keep ring them but its says its still busy it and the call doesnt even go through
I do honestly believe it's not worth that one star... every time I have been trying to call at 8:30 line was busy up to 9 am and finally when I got through there was no appointments left... if you have something serious going on and you need to see the doctor you are screwed... definitely going to change surgeries
