Having been at this surgery my whole 35 years of life and not had a bad word to say until recently, I'm sad to say I'm going to be changing. Child is due boosters they can't give me an appointment as the system cannot book past the end of march. Yes no appointments for over 9 weeks !
Every time Ive been unlucky enough to deal with this surgery theyve been utterly beyond helpless. You can get appointments, you dont get call backs from the nurses or on time which you must do before you can even see a doctor. Im scared Ill be better by the time I even get an appointment.Car park is gridlocked and you cant park there most of the time. The rare occasions I have to use this surgery Im never pleased with the service.
As with many local NHS practices nowadays it is very busy and stretched in terms of staff. So naturally it takes a while to get through to speak to a receptionist and book an appointment. However the receptionists are usually polite and helpful. My only negative is the parking. The car park is so small and doesnt have almost a tenth of the space required. Needs sorting urgently.
I have never had a bad experience. If I need appointment for my children I always get. I have never needed a same day one for myself. Staff have always been polite and helpful. Getting an appointment same day is often moaned about but the system is the same everywhere you go!
Awful receptionists. Sarcastic, arrogant and they openly lie. You would think with so many people unemployed, the practice could have found nice, caring receptionists instead of miserable, rude ones.
