The past 3 occasions that I have needed a drs appointment in the space of 2 years I always get booked to see the nurse practitioner. Very rarely do you see a Dr in this surgery. Today the same thing happened, and was a waste of time.
My wife was left in agony for weeks due to their negligence. In the end we went to a and e and the problem was resolved by a specialist within the week. When I complained, doctor shah then referred my wife to a specialist after knowing she had been seen and claimed it was our impatience that was the problem. I have complained to the nhs who are backing their boy. Everyone at this practise from the rude receptionists through to the arrogant doctors are a danger. They were happy leaving my wife in agony out of professional arrogance and laziness. She would never have been referred and I would have continued to be given the brush off. Avoid these clowns
Friendly local Doctors Surgery with very capable staff. The receptionists are always very helpful and it is such an easy surgery to get to. Nice and small as so many of them are so large impersonal now and handily within walking distance of the Walk In Centre too.
I love this GP surgery!!! When needed I have always been given an appointment on the same day! The reception staff are lovely! The doctors and nurses are amazing and theyve always been super professional, on time and always attentive!!
Nice Surgery but the only problem is that my wife being pregnant needs to shuttle between the surgery and pharmacy to try and manage her prescription. She needs to have the same medicine for the entire duration of the pregnancy and they keep making her come to the surgery for each prescription where as it has to be a repeat prescription. And sometimes she is always had to return empty handed even after being promised the prescription on a certain date or time.
