I can tell just the one word BEST!!! Great people ,not pushy,very nice and I was feeling very good. Reece was really nice guy give me a free pick up of old mattress , I get a pillows and duvet for free... No words for that. Many thanks. I'm just happy that I canceled finance in Bensons for beds there was very rude people and of course when I read reviews on them... OMG . DREAMS 5 stars for you guys.
Helpful staff but didnot find what I wanted
Great place to meet people with a good sense of humour. We were assisted by Colin who we immediately found to be very helpful. He also shared a joke or two which went down well.
The worst customer experience I've ever had. Do not buy from these guys, cowboys are better than them. They genuinely do not care about you. They get your order, lie to receive it and cause hell on earth when the bed doesn't fit, even though plans were shown. Tyrone is supposedly the manager, and was unbelievably unprofrssional and unhelpful as soon as he mucked the order up. We were without a bed for 5 weeks, sleeping on our sofa. Do not buy from here!!!!
Excellent selection of furniture, beds and mattresses. Colin is very helpful and nothing is a problem. Just hope the delivery goes as smoothly as the buying process.Update: Had the delivery which went without any problems. Fitted by a very pleasant and competent fitter. Extremely pleased with the items.Would definitely use agian and recommend Dreams in Peterborough.
