Hi, I would like to complain about staffs and they can't do anything at the gym. For example I had problem yesterday but they didn't sort out for me even they ignored me. Please you be aware about that. Thanks
Good value for money but sauna is a lil smelly need to focus on cleaning sauna more often...
Nice gym to do your every day workout
Good gym with nice classes but the equipment it's a bit old
Since my last review, Trugym Stevenage has really improved. The changing room areas and wet areas are much better, the layout has been altered and updated and new equipment is filtering in. I spoke withe the manger Tim, who is a lovely guy and really has his sights set on making it a great place to train. Improvements to the air con are due as well as other updates at the gym. Glad to be able to post a better review.
