Looked up these guys after going to a tattoo removal place which I wasn't happy with . So gave these guys a call and got an appointment the next day . I felt at home the moment I walked in the door. Everything was clearly explained to me . Even had a free patch test . I'm looking forward to my next appointment cannot wait to get rid of my horrible tattoos. Had my first visit today for a diamond face treatment and I have to say what a lovely experience. From walking in to walking out the door I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. The treatment was amazing too so overall a 100% from me. May have been my first visit but will definitely not be my last. Looking forward to next treatment. Thanks guys
Not happy that owner decided to change price of product during the purchase of it. I purchased a trial size and was told that the cost of the trial size would be deducted from the product; when I returned to purchase the full size product the owner informed me that he had since changed the price, and that the price indicated on the product was now different. Not only is this against the law (major trading standards violation), it is also unfair to advertise something for a certain price and then change it when you feel like. Especially since their entire range of products can be found 'easily' on the internet for cheaper. Fool me once for trying to support a local business. Also beware when purchasing treatments in bulk as these are non-transferable (they do not tell you this during purchase). They have good products but the customer service element, specifically from the owner Martin needs work!!! (The female members of staff however are lovely - I wish I could write a separate review for them) As a woman always feel uncomfortable dealing with him as he is over familiar - and often down right condescending. Unfortunately for them I will not be returning, especially since now I know I can buy the entire range using google 'shopping' tab - less hassle, no last min changes to price.....and no rudeness that way. On average I spend between 200-500 on skincare a month.....surely this was worth them treating me like a worthwhile cause....Clearly not!
