I have always loved shopping at Asda for food for kids clothing and mine. I am not keen on online shopping.

Reasonable selection. There is free parking here, on the outskirts of Peterborough. This is part of a larger shopping park, with a Costa, hobby craft, Poundland and several others.
Contacted the store for a refund on a click and collect item after 3 days notification that it was ready for collection . The store manager was insistent that I'd already collected my item due to my parcels bar code had been scanned. When I checked my Asda account it stated that my item had been returned and refunded? Thank gawd I didn't want the item. I received no apology or ill look into this. He said he didn't like my attitude and snarled in my face that he should bar me from his store! Dispite not shouting or swearing ,I promptly left making a complaint to Head Office and writing this poor review. What an embarrassment for Asda and I shop there all the time.
