I came in the same day after shortly returning a ring, I explained my situation for which they were very accommodating and more-so very understanding. I had the kindest service from Lorraine and Charlie who made everything so simple and at the end of it all meant I walked away with everything I wanted. Lovely jewellery and a lovely service! Couldnt have asked for anything better.
