They don't listen and I don't think they care. We were encouraged to use Taylor Rose, as part of a package in buying our new home. From the get go, everything we were told about them turned out to be untrue. We were told that they would accept proof of I.D. from another agency involved in the house purchase. Taylor Rose immediately told us to come in bringing original copies of everything. So we did. Despite telling them that we did not live local in the area, they repeatedly sent lots of forms, which they did not explain. I had to make several trips to their offices with finished forms. They also had the nerve to ask for things to be sent in at very last minute and put huge time pressures on me and my wife. A recurring pattern that caused us no end of stress and inconvenience. On one occasion, I dropped off one stack of forms, and asked the member of staff to her face if all the forms were in order. I was told they were. I got home and was informed that one form was missing and they needed me to come back in.Lastly, a member of staff there (who shall remain nameless), proved to go into very questionable behaviour right at the very end of our purchase. Our completion date was set before Christmas. Our site inspection was delayed until the end of the day because the builders hadn't finished. The employee at Taylor Rose sent me repeated e-mails demanding I sign the completion forms. I explained the situation and she decided to threaten me with fines, if I didn't sign. When I explained this to a relative in the building profession they said that the fines would have been unenforceable in the situation and what this employee did was questionable, if not possibly illegal. But I guess Taylor Rose just wanted their end of year calendar figures to be as good as possible and didn't care how they got them.I encourage anyone reading this to go elsewhere. Taylor Rose will not help you, explain anything or make anything any easier. As I have indicated, they are not below intimidating you to get a cash boost.
