Large and convenient train station with services far and wide
I only made a brief visit, arriving from London. Slightly disappointed at the lack of shops. I was hoping for a Phone Shop to buy a charging lead. Nothing. And the directions to shops, and to buses to my destination, were too complicated to understand.I got a taxi instead.
Very helpful staff here. Lavatories clean enough considering how busy this station is.Good information given on the boards. Station is clean and tidy. Food outlets good. Waitrose just 2 minutes walk.

I mostly use this station to catch trains to London. This is far easier and more relaxing than driving to the capital and a combination ticket to include tube trains is very convenient.
