Always lovely in this store, we needed some help with a harness for our dog and the staff are always helpful, polite and friendly. I think it's the best one I've been to!
We only went for the ice skating, great fun really good value and very friendly helpful staff. Would definitely book up for next year.
A lot of people, destroyed ice, blunt skates, little space. It's easy to get an accident or break a leg :(

I went into store to buy food for my pets and was served by a lovely young man (Ben I think his name is). Whilst there a couple of puppies came in and began to play which was lovely to see. The young man was very friendly and helpful, and very interested in what animals I had etc. Overall experience was very good and I will continue to shop there whilst I am still in this area.
