I have used Optimum several times now and they have excelled themselves again. I had a problem with my gas (late on a Friday) and Simon arrived Friday evening and again on Saturday, and worked hard to rectify the problem, without fuss. He was polite and efficient as always and they have always been excellent value for money. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone.
Hi Krystian, thank you for your feedback. We attended to 1 Bringhurst, it came through to us as a no hot water, on attending we found that the boiler was functioning. We were told by yourself that you had just had a substantial amount of work carried out by a third party plumber and had not paid him for his work. You had a new pump and full controls pack fitted and at the point of telling us you had not paid for it, you just laughed. At this point I felt that I could not proceed with any work for yourself, sorry if this has left you feeling annoyed.
Terrible customer service, the lady on the phone sounds clueless, not called back about an enquiry then was told to ring elsewhere then was hung up on, in other words get a new receptionist! The engineer doesn't seem as experienced as he claims either. I do not recommend.
Mark and his team work exceptionally well to make sure that you are happy and that all requirements are met. Professional, caring, competitive price and honest. I would definitely recommend.
