Great Place very helpful friendly staff nothing is to much trouble.
Me and my wife went to look around this mill, mainly to see the park homes. Over the years we have been to many parks around the Fens and Cambs. Beds.and Rutland. And this is by far the best
On arrival, I thought what a beautiful site but I was sadly disappointed, what a shame. The showers where dirty, the ceilings were covered in tiny dead flies, floors mudddy, some toilets leaking. This site could be lovely, if a bit more money was spent on toilet block and the other facilities.
Nice site. Clean facilities, plenty of space for non-electric hook up tents. Would benefit from an additional toilet at the far end of the camping field, but a good site none-the-less.
The over-expansion of holiday homes makes this feel more like a trailer park now than a campsite. The first new ones they built were nice and modern. The latter ones are tightly packed and hark back to 80's design...
