Safe, secure, clean, dry accessible opening hours, extremely helpful and friendly staff. First class service and reasonably priced. I have been using them for over 3 years and everything is in exactly the same condition as the day it went in to storage.

Was a customer for a few months, while redecorating my house. Couldn't complain. The entrance to the self store was covered from the rain, so on moving out day when heavens opened, none of my belongings got wet when I moved out. Very helpful staff, would recommend.
My lockup is situated on the access to Marshalls and when trying to get into my lockup there is delivery vehicles and accident repair vehicles in the way to my access.This has been reported many times.Maybe yellow lines outside the lockup would work.
BEWARE! seem to make the rules up her verbally as they go along!!!I asked the staff members about how a refund works and was advised any days I have paid for would be refunded back to me.So I rushed to move my belongings out of their storage and now they have said I am not entitled to a refund as they do refunds in week blocks.No contract with theses terms and conditions has ever been provided even when requested to see them.Would not recommend!!!!
