Very well stocked shop; polite staff. Be careful what stock you buy as some of it is damaged.
Good range of products, some good deals at the moment too. An Aladdins cave for anyone into craft. Get their loyalty card too, some nice offers occasionally.
A big store that stocks supplies for pretty much every craft hobby you can think of. I visited with my mum, who loves her knitting, so while she was looking through that section, I had a wander round the store and came across a book about Zentangle art therapy. I'd never heard of it before, but it looked interesting, so I bought the book and art supplies I needed for it, at a very reasonable price, and hey presto, I've got a new hobby!
Stock is good hence the 2 stars not 0 but every time I go the staff seem miserable and very unhelpful and only one young lady seems willing to help. This has happened several times now dispite being very polite and friendly to them they do not want to help show you where anything is and would rather have a chat amongst themselves :-(
Pretty much everything you could need for crafting in one place, what's not to like? Convenient free parking too. The staff are always friendly and willing to help find whatever you are looking for and are often good at giving advice too. The kids loved the sessions we booked onto over the summer making masks and wind socks. Perfect crafting sessions for them without having the mess at home to clear up!
