Not a bad chain pub. I go in when I fancy a pint of Hobgoblin. Good for watching footie.
Food not to bad but staff very friendly
Very poor customer service from the staff!!Terrible food... taste like its been microwaved even tho you have to wait for quite long time for it. And who the hell is giving a butter knife with a steak ? When approached one of the member of staff to get a steak knife it only took them around 5 minutes to get one and by the time I got back to the table my food start getting cold already. Im definitely never coming back there and would never recommend to anyone even my enemy!
Loved the mix grill and the breakfasts are amazing!! Staff are polite and fast, great selection on draft beer and ales too! Keep up the good work x
I visited last night and noticed a young lady who was working above and beyond her job role, the young lady was quick to deal with people mis understanding on promotions very polite,, aways smiling, happy an absolute credit to your company I asked the young lady her name because I was impressed by her. The young lady's name is Charlotte, thank you for making my evening so much more enjoyable, I will be visiting again, it was a pleasure to meet you.
