Disgrace. Do not fulfill their obligations. I can't imagine how much they charge Tesco to manage their delivery team incidents, but whatever it is they don't earn it. Consistently poor service, total lack of engagement. Total failure to deliver.
Absolutely outstanding customer care! I was told yesterday that I would be called at 9am Monday to sort out my situation - 9am this morning my phone rang and by 9.30, my hire car and repair had all been sorted!
