They are just like the doctors receptionist, won't let you near a mechanic. Absolutely useless. all they want is to book you in and take money for nothing.Wisbech were worse, took money for looking, gave me some very basic codes and said "well it's an old car buy a new one" If this is what vauxhaul care is all about , I won't be buying another !!!
Try to oversell you stuff you dobt need
I have been a loyal customer of Smiths Vauxhalls Peterborough for the past 6 years. But no longer, not only do you have to book weeks in advance for your mot but their service has deteriorated dramatically, I took my car for a service and asked for the rear wiper to be changed (as it was not clearing the window properly) as well as the service. My partner picked the car up and not only had the wiper not been replaced but the usual valet of the car had not been done either. When asked I was told that they didnt feel the wiper needed replacing and they had forgotten to valet the car. Standards have really slipped and I will not be using them again.
