#warrantyfirst are an awful car warranty firm. Its completely pointless if not a scam. Stay away and save yourself some money!!
Don't bother, save the money towards an actual problem you might have. My Volvo SRS Airbag controller unit failed, it's not even a wear and tear part and the protection level explicitly says that it covers "ECUs & Computers" and also "Electrics". So now I have near 900 bill on my hands.Also, after the diagnostics took them 3 weeks to say it's not under the cover after several calls and emails and the diagnostics was a really detailed one from Volvo.
Not a good company avoid better of not having warranty
Whilst on cover my car experienced an issue. I made contact with their claims team and everything was handled perfectly. They were really understanding and helped me out.
Purchased warranty through one of their dealership clients and needed more clarification on the cover. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Very good level of cover by this professional company.
