This dentist dismissed me because I missed an appointment which I did phone leave a message telling them family member died I could not go in . I had to have a wisdom tooth taken out she sent me to oe near market in town to dentist who pulled it out no problem but he told me I had decay & he would sort it out if my dentist don t. Which when I went back told her he said I had decay & I kept complaining something is wrong because I felt something causing bad breath .now , they are dentists not treated me well , lady dentist said that dentist who took out my wisdom tooth did not put i had decay practically called me a liar . Which I think he was right because its got worse now i m in process of finding a new NHS dentist who really care for people like me & help us to keep healthy gums / mouth . I do not trust this dentist any more . I have suffered for years when I had a dentist who just did not care
The dentist is absolutely wonderful. Had my filling with no pain and he is so polite. He is also lovely to my little brother. The receptionists are also polite and professional. However the dentists nurse was rude and not welcoming at all. Wish I knew her name... overall very good though.
Popped in to register myself Monday and got an appointment for Friday the receptionists were friendly and efficient. Just been to my appointment today and I'm extremely happy with the result! I'm agoraphobic and have high anxiety but Dr Kaushal Patel and his nurse were very kind and he did x-rays, a cleaning and two fillings all in less than an hour and there was no pain whatsoever! I even had the fillings done with no pain relief injections! So no droopy mouth after, bonus! Can't rate them enough, thanks so much My Dentist! :D
Apparently number 1 in the call queue but they never pick up. Even if you're on hold for 20 minutes. Ridiculous
Never seem to answer their phones don't respond to callbacks efficiently
