Extremely professional service ,the nurses and reception staff were very polite and helpful ..on seeing the dentist I was put on antibiotics for a later consultation after my tooth infection subsided .5 stars .
completely useless and unhelpful just wasting time and government money
I called in morning waited an hr for appointment then had to go in person for appointment. The reception stuff were very nice and supportive. At evening i waited 10 min and been called and dentist's assistant apologized for delay and introduced herself which was so kind. Then lady dentist was even very nice, supportive, caring and she explained my situation ; suggested me to see a regular dentist. At the end greeted. I had very good experience.
The dentist and dental nurse were lovely, however the receptionists (the lady with a full fringe) attitude was absolutely appalling. I couldnt believe how rude she was made me contemplate leaving without even seeing the dentist. And they have an extremely bad habit of hanging up on clients, shocking behaviour and terrible receptionist. Not the first time Ive had this issue from them!
Very nervous due to being tortured as a youngster...Dentist and her assistant were just brilliant and really understanding. The ladies on reception are extremely helpful and professional. Cannot fault any aspect of my experience.
