"Click and Wait for hours".... ordered a package through dpd and I was not at home I choose to pick up from the click and collect point, which was on my way from work. After entering all the required information, I've had to wait 30 mins to my package to be handled to me. In the mean time they have served an other customer who arived minutes after me, and when I've asked about my package, they said that the phone didnt connect and they havent received my request. This was the 2nd time when sainbury's click and collect team are wasting my time.
