Quick and easy to find and get what you are looking for. Staff are helpful and friendly. Even when busy the waiting times aren't that long.

Waited a very long time over half an hour for a product I had reserved. There was a special offer with free guarantee that I saw in brochure. They did NOT tell me or ask if I wanted it. They didn't have any in stock and I had to go to the other Argos in queensgate. I was served by two people and neither did. Other projects needed and they didn't have any to complete my purchase. They had told me they had plenty left 5 mins prior. I believe issue was over worked, underpaid and not enough staff. Staff tried their best to their ability. Large car park
Standard argos. Easy to park but tricky to get out of carpark. Usual 10 minute wait for goods regardless of how quiet it is
