I recently ordered a bouquet of roses,however the roses did not last long and started dying after a day(could have been the hot weather) I rang the shop and was pleasantly surprise by the high quality of customer service! Liz arranged a brand new bouquet with longer lasting flowers for delivery the next day! The receiver of the bouquet was absolutely amazed by the quality of the bouquet. She has been going through a tough time lately and the bouquet and the sheer impressiveness of it, def brightened up her day/week! The impact the bouquet had on her by lifting her spirits is indescribable! Even though I have not seen the bouquet from the description , a lot of care went into arranging the bouquet to bulk it up with lovely flowers and it looked huge (which she liked!:-) thank you ,thank you ,thank you! For the personal care and attention you gave! Will def be using them again!
I've have had two bunches of flowers from here delivered tp me this past week, the first bunch had roses which had already began to die, so I called up and was sent some more roses the following day.Followed by a bunch of roses I received today, again mostly all of the roses are marked or the edges going discoloured.it pointless calling up again. Would not recommend! Shame I am unable to upload photos which I have taken.
Needed some flowers for an important anniversary. The lady asked what colours I would like and how much I wanted to spend. The lady did an amazing job and I was able to collect them within fifteen minutes. The flowers looked great and my Wife loved them.
