Lisa is so warm and welcoming and her shop is beautifully curated, every space dripping with tasteful home accessories. And the flowers! Lisa did our wedding flowers and they were, quite simply, my favourite part of the day. She is visionary and her ability to put together texture and colours is amazing. I love visiting the shop and recommend her to any brides!!
Just had to post a review-phoned late yesterday to order flowers for my sister in law. We were too late for delivery, however the owner went out of her way to ensure a bouquet was delivered by foot on her way home the same evening. Thank you so much. Brilliant service to deliver a beautiful bouquet at short notice on a Friday. Ordered over the phone, options to suit my budget, and my wife was very impressed with the quality and arrangement.
I have to say I'm so sorely sorely disappointed with the experience we had with the business. My wife recently lost her father under incredibly distressing circumstances, at a very young age. We had previously bought some beautiful flowers for our wonderful grandad (her dad's dad) from here and my wife was keen for her dad to have the same ones as he would have wanted them. My wife ordered the flowers online with keepsakes of yaxley and stated what she would like. We were informed to pay on the day of collection. We went into the shop to collect and one of the tribute flowers had not been done. It was one my wife specifically wanted and it was very important to her and she was so upset, she was inconsolable. I had to ask my wife to wait outside whilst I tried my best to sort out the situation. I was told by a lady working the counter that no one would be able to make a dad tribute in time for the funeral the following day, so she routed around out the back and found an open heart wreath and explained to me if I give her an hour she will make me it with a dad ribbon. When I came back to collect it I was charges 90 for what she had done for us. Which I will say looked beautiful at the time but it deteriorated so fast it was the worst look of the whole lot of flowers. And to top it all off I was able to get someone to make me a dad tribute even after she explained I wouldn't be able to. I spent a lot of money that day but had no other choice but to leave myself short than see my wife that heart broken. I'm so shocked at the quality of the replacement and more so at the lack of remorse. She did say sorry but was very quick to turn around and charge me full price for something I didn't even want but felt I had no choice. Thank you for making what was a hard day much harder!
