I simply wanted a guide price/quote to complete my Will and Lasting Power of Attorneys and they insisted on me taking time to come to the office for an appointment. I feel this firm needs to understand that in-order to get business they need to be more customer-centric. With 9-5 opening hours I do not want to take time off work for an appointment that may be completely unnecessary if their prices are sky high. Simple let customers know the price of your service - be transparent.

Used them for conveyancing and although the work was very thorough and accurate I was let down by a consistent lack of communication and progress reporting. Costs are slightly on the high side too.
I highly recommend Buckles. I dealt with Michael Rabbett recently, using his excellent and highly professional Notary services for a Power of Attorney situation. It wasn't that straightford and his patience and goodwill was exemplary. Cannot thank him enough.
