I have company so many times about the bins being empty that l am sick of it as my dad bin only get empty when it sute them the lady l spoke to at the council was so polite and understand its not her job to say sorry for them not doing there job there get pay to do a job there should do it no guession ask that's why my dad pay council tax for sevice should be for everyone just get fed up in calling them all the time you would think l work for the council it's not My job sorry but if there can not do there job properly then give it to some who can their is people out there that need Jobs many thanks
Communication is awful weeks upon weeks for a call or email communication
Spoke to a lady today at Peterborough Council reference an issue we had and she was excellent from start to finish.After around 10/15 mins we got all the answers and she couldn't do enough to assist us (very knowledgeable).A credit to the council, thanks again!
