Oder food over two hours ago, turned up cold and when rang said they could give me food tommorow and 20% which did not solve my hunger for today !!!!
"BAD TAKEAWAY SERVICE"After waiting 2 hours for our Takeaway to be delivered, one of our Side Dishes had been forgotten. We phoned the Eaterie who then advised us that their system had gone down and was unable to do the order so said they'd deliver it in15 minutes. We waited as we was hungry and was initially promised the Food within an hour. If the Computer System did go down then surely they would of had a log of the original order or receipt of it once submitted. When it arrived the Food was cold and of poor quality. Totally ruined our meal and evening.Poor Service and Food...Definitely won't be going there again.

better off buying a pizza from iceland & eating it frozen than eating here.
I called to order my food and was told at the end of my order that I could not pay by card it then changed too "oh wait let me just try". It took me 2mins to get my card, as soon as I began to speak to say I had gotten it, I was told to "hurry up" as they "had better things to do". Just rude considering I would of happily paid by card.
