Was very quickly running out of my meds and had it delivered the same day in the worst snowy weather seen in Peterborough for years.driver was pleasant even though he had been on the horrible roads.would recommend them to anyone.brilliant service

Not yet achieved getting my prescription right, always items missing, then today when I went to pick up my prescription, once it was finally dispensed, with yes you guessed it, 3 items missing still, the cheek of the pharmacist manager to call me into their pokey consultation room to tell me how important it is that I take my medication as prescribed, well I would do if they gave me all the items that are on my repeat prescription, making it sound like it's my fault that I am not taking my medication as prescribed. Short of helping myself to my medication off the shelf myself, I don't see what else I can do. Still can't get over the fact that she wanted to check my inhaler technique with me, even though I have been asthmatic for 22 years and have annual asthma reviews. The reason I am getting through my ventolin inhaler so quickly is the fact that the steroid inhaler and my montelucast tablets are 2 out of the 3 items I am still yet to receive.This pharmacy is a complete joke and I left there in tears today.
Amazing and helpful staff. I dont usually write reviews like this but I usually have to wait around but this pharmacy got my prescription ready in minutes and I also signed up to their free delivery service although I wish I hadnt as now I cant smile at the wonderful lady that served me. Thanks again
They've now got a black member of staff who is rude, bad mannered, has an awful temperament, I will not be returning here again unless an absolute emergency. This was one of the best pharmacies in town apart from the Boots chain of course but has now just gone down the pan completely. She is pictured to the right in photograph!
