Excellent service from Howard (mortgage advisor) who got us an amazing deal on a mortgage and even improved on it when we went back to sign up for it as he had just kept searching for the right deal for us. All done very quickly but thoroughly and professionally. Hurfords are extremely professional and are not just in it for the sale. We are purchasing a house through the agency. Whilst the initial meeting (showing us the property) was positive, the subsequent experience was generally very poor. So far I found the sales manager Tony G (1) not responsive to emails (2) poor in the follow ups. Additionally, he showed very little respect for other people's time which is really lack of professionalism. I should recommend NOT using their service based on this experience.
