I went on a viewing with a lady called Hannah, she seemed incredibly knowledgeable about her surrounding area's, she broke down the fee's and gave me all honest answers rather than sugar coating anything, especially as I felt that other agents lied to me just to get me to have the house. I have been on many viewings with different agents but found Hannah/Sharman Quinney was the most informative out of any of them. Amber has been extremely brilliant. She found tenants quickly, all checks done thoroughly, inventory done promptly, and tenants moved on the same day when property completion was done. Seriously, no void period at all.Amber is very knowledgeable and expert in her field and will provide the best guidance. She has been very patient and kept me informed at each stage. I have been with Sharman Quinney since 2015 when I moved to Cambridge over two different properties and have always had a good experience with them especially during visits by some of staff from the cambourne office who are really friendly and nice. However I have to give kudos to Danielle Phillips who was the property manager for the apartment that am now leaving. Being a new building with an inexperienced landlord and building management company, getting in touch with her was easy and I would always know I would get a quick response and solution to any problem. Over the year she looked after the underground parking gates fire alarms keys visits and all other new build teething issues. Please keep up with the good work and a lot more tenants will have the same experience.
