It's a good place. Menu is not as elaborate as London's or Leeds store. Stuff are helpful. Food is clean n fresh but nothing extraordinary.
I love a Wagamas experience! Have been on a few times, and even done food for collection for a works lunch. The food is always so fresh and tasty, and if you have not been before, the food comes as its ready, so sometimes you can be served before another guest but the food does make up for it. The smoothies are always a good choice of drink, but do have a range of drinks served at the bar.Not needed to book in advance for a table for two, but it does get fairly busy, so if you are looking to have a group of you I will recommend making a reservation.The staff are always friendly and welcoming, plus super helpful when it comes to wanting to explore a new dish!
Visited on Friday evening when the restaurant was not very busy. The waitress who seated us was friendly but staff were very quick to request our order. Once our mains had arrived no one checked on our meal and we had to ask somebody else to order some gyoza which took forever to arrive. Staff were keen to fix the issues with my plate but could have checked on us sooner.
A firm favourite in Peterborough for my partner and I. The food is consistently wonderful and the staff are helpful and attentative. Don't let the fact that meals often come slightly after one another put you off visiting. It's always worth the small wait.
Absolutely fantastic!! I wasn't sure what to order and the waitress went through the menu and gave suggestions. What impressed me more was she said if you don't like it please say and we will change the dish for you". Never felt rushed. Food was excellent as well as the staff
