Tried to arrange appt to view around SEN dept. The person supposed to be showing us decided to go out but not tell anyone do we were left sitting in reception. SEN team of staff were fab. Admin team absolutely USELESS! Tried to get info from them, callbacks promised but never made. Finance team appear to be hopeless. The ppl running this place are a shambles. IF and its a huge IF you can get beyond them, get call backs, manage to speak to the right people, and make it through the door, you have done well. The teaching staff all seemed really knowledgeable and helpful. Shame the same cant be said about the admin and management.

Very underrated college for adult education. Right in centre of town and staff really friendly. Compared to regional college much more accessible too.
