School for Autistic people, pure cancer. I will never go here! 0.000000001/ 10

Went to this school from year 7 till year 11 and the only problem I had is the teachers. I had bad experiences here interacting with the teachers and noticed that they do show some signs of racism in them however I do not want to share any of these experiences. All I can say is that if your not white then this school is most likely not for you.

the schools okay but we can not go to the toilet only at lunch we have 30 minute break out of 6 hours they say you should go before lesson but they you get a late mark at your next class and I think the nonly phone rule is olay but the students should be able to collecycle there phone at 2:45 the SAME day

I'm an Year 8 student at TDA, 2 years of experience there. When I entered the school as a fresh new Year 7 everything or most things were alright. Now in Year 8, some students are out of control and teachers teach poorly. Teachers also leave early or in the middle of year like my ICT teacher did ages ago. Also the teachers don't really feel like they are being supportive of the students. One or two teachers don't have control of the class, the pushover teachers which do annoy me and I feel bad for them at the same time. I admit that the students don't even respect them and I would like it to change. Teachers when teachers are teaching they sometimes or mostly don't explain things properly and that confuses students. The school mostly does nothing about bullying. The building might be impressive the first time but gets boring after spending a lot of time there since you already seen it a lot. Sometimes negatives are given for stupid reasons and the teachers expect us to know the subject or do the work when possibly not teaching the students properly and only explaining the work once and only once.PE teachers are super annoying and strict (I hate their PE lessons). Teachers complain about students being late even though they might let them out late, headphones/earphones are not allowed in class (Yeah, like some singer is gonna sing you the answers). Tests are super boring and work is hard. Fights rarely ever occur and swearing is very very common among all years unless there is a couple of people not swearing and mostly students are dirty minded (I'm not complaining about that dirty minded fact). In PE, sometimes the teacher lets you out late then you have to go to change and you might be late to your second lesson which is super annoying. Despite the bad things, I have my good friends in lessons and enjoy time with them and I rate the school with 3 stars.
