We visited on a Saturday night. It was quite busy, but we used the Wetherspoons App and ordered our drinks and food from our table . They arrived in a short amount of time. Staff friendly and efficient. Food pub standard and inexpensive.
Very very busy on a Thursday lunchtime. Nice to have the opportunity to sit in a 'booth'.Food was hot and served on a delightful blue and white patterned plate.They prepared an off menu dish for my brother. No trouble.Only down point is the toilets are up a narrow flight of stairs and along a landing, not the best location for a lady by herself or a person who struggles with stairs. Didn't notice if they had ground level disabled toilets at all.Prices were very fair.
We did not actually stay here. The place was so crowded. I think that it is proof of a good pub. Meals looked good at low prices.
This is an almost perfect pub. The booths are always a fantastic place to hide away from the world, alone or with a group. Prices are very affordable and the selection broad. I never have a bad time in Draper's.
What a great pub. Very lively, but not crowded. Good prices, very tasty food, all served quickly and efficiently by very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were clean and none of the smells we all hate. Winning the quiz was icing on the cake. Top marks to all the staff for an enjoyable environment.
