I've been there twice. First time for a part near my gears. I brought the example part, they looked at it and sold me the new part for an amazing price.Second time for a wheel, I didn't have the example part but the assistant was knowledgeable enough to know what part was broken from a brief explanation and I bought the part for less than 10 when I thought it would cost close to 30. The guy was nice enough to offer a repair if I couldn't do it myself.So far, 2 for 2 when I needed a part or repair, has become my go-to bike store
