I made an appt. to see Dan for a "bike fit" and was my first ever visit to his shop. It was a poignant time to go having recently had spinal surgery, ie a 'discemptomy ' and I needed to ensure my road bike was set up correctly albeit after several years of cycling I personally thought it would be!.How wrong I was!, I wasn't even riding correctly after all these years. This guy is a fantastic mind of information and I learnt more in a couple of hours than I have in a couple of years. When Dan told me 'HOW' to ride, after 5 mins of pedalling the correct way, I physically ached more than I would have after 50 miles. That initially sounds bad but as Dan explained, adopt the correct way and you will go faster and smarter and 50, 70, 100 etc. will be so much easier on your body. There were some things on my bike that Dan suggested could be could be changed, ie; small upgrades to improve my bike and performance which, wasn't in anyway forced on me for a 'sale', and only recommended. This I chose to do and will welcome this when I collect.I can't speak highly enough of his knowledge, technical know how and friendly approach. The best 95 I've ever spent (well the wife did as it was a Xmas prezzie!!). The welcoming staff and mug of coffee also went down very well indeed. Don't think about a bike fit, go and get one booked in.Finally, for those synical people out there, I'm not in anyway related, have no financial gain or anything otherwise. My visit was truly inspiring and would recommend Greenwheel in a 'blink'.

Paul and Dan are both helpful and very friendly. They certainly know their stuff. Bought my first road bike. Had a bike fit and got fully kitted out. Got into cycling in a big way. Nice to know advice is also on the end of the phone. Would recommend big time..

Been dealing with these guys for years and never had a problem. Service is always good and their an honest bunch.

Great friendly bike shop love the new shop a bit less intimidating than the old shop, totally sorted my gears out thank you

Wonderful service, level access and extremely friendly staff. I brought my mobility scooter to have its brake fixed and they managed it in no time! Delighted with the service and will be going back anytime my bike or scooter needs something - even if I have to travel some distance to get here. Can't speak highly enough of them.
