Superb service from Rutland Cycles. Ian took time to explain all the different cycles that we're available & what would suit us for our particular requirements. Seat heights we're set & suspension pressures we're explained & set accordingly. Cannot recommend Rutland Cycles highly enough. If you want a bike/accessories & you don't look in, you'll be missing out :-)
Fantastic Service and Products. I have bought quite a few bikes from this shop and the service is always excellent. Lots of advice about maintenance, and the team are always happy to do an unplanned repair if they have time in the workshop, otherwise its easy to book your bike in for a service or repair. Quality of products is great, and i will soon be collecting my latest bike from them - i am so excited. You feel more than a customer there, you feel like one of the "family". Thank you all!
We have just purchased our sixth bike from Rutland four from the Peterborough store. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The service provided by the workshop team to service and maintain our bikes is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. While Kurt and the sales team are always on hand to advise on products and the best kit.
Purchased a bike from a different company had nothing but problems with it so took it to rutland cycles they were very helpful and got everything right on it, the mechanics explained why parts were failing instead of just saying it was that part that was broke , the guys behind the desk give great advice on parts for my bike which I ended it up following and happy I did, definitely will be using them from now on for servicing, advice and any work needed
