Brilliant company! I brought my car on finance didnt really have a good credit score i was getting refused finance elsewhere and was loosing hope. Contacted these guys and somehow they managed to pull it out of the bag and got me accepted! The finance manager was very helpful and got the best finance deal which i thought was reasonable based on my finiacal record. Thank you so much guys!
Overall very happy. Nice little car, good customer service and communication. The 7 day reserve was attractive to me being a fair distance away, even after 2 days, car was ready to drive away. Thankyou Car Firm.

After being assured that the 52k car i intended to purchase was in PERFECT Condition, i made a trip from Ireland to make a purchase.The car was very dirty when I arrived to collect it, so inspecting the paint work was difficult. Only after getting home did i notice numerous scratches and chips on the vehicle which were previously hidden by the dirt. I accept that it was my duty to check the car before purchase, but I feel that the dealer should have cleaned the car and also been truthful about its condition when asked. Before and during purchase i specifically asked about the warranty. I was assured by the staff and again by the owner that the 2 year "premium car warranty" supplied would cover me for the cars value and for work to be carried out by BMW. Now that a warranty issue has risen 16 weeks after purchase, it has become apparent that car firm lied about this to me. When i called them, they still claimed that i was covered fully, but the warranty company says that I am not.Car Firm have now denied saying any of this and it seems that I will be left with an expensive bill and very poor warranty.They will of course state that I am lying, but I am certainly not dumb enough to purchase a car of such high value with a warranty which would barely cover the repairs on a Ford focus. Car Firm Blatantly lied to me in order to sell this car.Before purchasing here, read their Facebook reviews. 4 reviews, all 1* all customers who were lied to as well.
