Great experience and customer services. Jay and Gary were both massively helpful and accommodating. We were left to view the vehicles at our leisure and didn't feel pressured into making a decision at any point in time. Found the car we wanted and got a fair price for mine as part exchange. One tire was low and they agreed to have this changed prior to picking the vehicle up. Excited to pick my new car up once it's ready and so far the experience has been a pleasure whilst dealing with Carmart and would highly recommend.
Bought a car without seeing it first and was very pleased when I arrived to collect it. The guys were really helpful on the phone and gave me a good deal on my trade-in.After 10 days the new car developed a fault, but they collected it on Saturday morning and rectified if it very quickly, even delivering it back to me at 8pm on Monday evening so I didn't lose another day.Very helpful and would recommend.Thanks guys!
Disappointed to drive 90 miles to look at a car with issues. Bits of interior trim were missing inside and one of the seats had a cigarette burn. There was also rust on the boot door, not what I would expect when looking to spend 6000. They said they it had a full service history and they had just serviced it, even tho the oil was jet black. When looking through the service book the cam belt had not been done and should have at last service. When this was challenged they said reasons why it doesn't need to be done... Anyway, to have the car in the right condition they wanted me to contribute more money. Wouldn't recommend.
