Controlled processes to help the customer out instead of wondering around aimlessly across endless amounts of cars, but a very relaxed and non pressurised environment. The staff were fantastic and really did go the extra mile in helping me to buy a car. I really do love my new car. It drives perfectly and I will 100% be back for another one in the future.
Superb level of service recieved here. This is not your run of the mill car dealer. After a horrific experience over at Imperial Cars Northampton i travalled to Peterborough where I found SW Cars. To sum it up, you get main dealer service for supermarket prices. The car was absolutely fantastic too. Great job
Very nice place, and polite and helpful staff. There are a great number of car options and they don't try to force you to buy anything. They ask questions and based on what you are looking for, they will show what they have. So far so good.
I brought a car from here and unfortunately they had the car in there service garage longer than I owned the car. They never kept me informed of what was happening I had to chase them all the time once they got your money then you became a second rate citizen I spoke several times to the manager still no luck I will never buy another car from this garage and I would not recommend going here to buy a car its individual choice but once you have parted with your hard earned cash I hope nothing goes wrong with your new car as no one is interested then they have your money and they will run awayTo the owners who replied to this message yes I agree that now it is over 12 months ago since I had the car from you but all that I put down happened within the first couple of months of owning the car as soon as you gave me the car back I sold it. So that comment about you having the car longer than I did is true.I just want people to know that once you have taken there hard earned cash then they are forgotten that was my point
Out of all the local supermarket dealers these are by far the most professional and pleasant. You can test drive without the no obligation to commit so I did and made my choice not to visit anywhere else. Cars are presentable and in good condition. I want to thank my salesman who took good care of me.
