Have been with the dentist for 9 years and have cancelled my appointment and now have to join the waiting list to be accepted as a new patient. Appalling service and a terrible way to treat long term patients.
This dentist allows you to pre-book 6 months in advance but cancels the appt every time near when it's due, then I was told I had to wait another 8 on top when they were the ones that cancelled my appt...(for myself and my child) THEN I eventually got in 2 months ahead and yet again I have received another letter to say they have cancelled our appt and can't get us in and they suggest we go elsewhere. No decency to even call, you just get a cancellation letter, this has happened every year and suggesting I go elsewhere takes the mick!! It is essential for children to have their teeth looked at every 6 months and thanks to you that is well over due. If I book 6 months in advance I expect to keep that appt, not for it to be changed every time.

Atrocious - had an appointment booked for 8:30 and was advised to come at 8:20. Postcode on their website and Google not reflective of actual location! When trying to contact reception got a message that the clinic is now closed as opens at 8:30!! Tried calling them at 8:32 and was FOURTH in the queue already. Guess I just missed my appointment! Well thanks for nothing have been waiting 4 months for this!!! Horrific reception service and wrong postcode given!!!!! Never again!!!!
